In a rapidly changing world, resiliency is vital.

Volcanic Flora Consulting is named after the ʻōhiʻa lehua, the first tree that grows on lava rocks in Hawai‘i. Once the ʻōhiʻa lehua takes root, its leaves and flowers draw moisture from the atmosphere, transforming a once barren land into a lush rainforest.

Staying true to its namesake, Volcanic Flora’s mission is not to force change upon its inhabitants, but by gently bring resources and education in the same way ʻōhiʻa lehua is known for bringing rain.

Volcanic Flora Consulting is dedicated to helping people understand the drastically changing world by offering educational Equity, Diversity, Inclusion classes; hosting anti-racist book clubs, and community needs assessments through the lens of kindness, understanding, and aloha.
